It’s funny how life works sometimes, isn’t it? One day you are running your business and the next you run into an old friend who offers an opportunity that changes the trajectory of your path in a way so unexpected all you can do is say yes and then hold on and enjoy the ride.
That said, the last day of operation for Burger on Broad will be today! Thank you to everyone who supported us during our short, but sweet tenure at Commissary Kitchen. The commissary will NOT be affected by the closure of Burger, and you never know what wonderful food truck may park up there!
I am especially grateful to my manager, Dylan, who has been by my side since day one and has shown a level of care and commitment that is a rare gift.
If I had to do it all over again, I would.
