😡 ATTENTION PEEPS - EMAIL HACK/SPOOF ALERT 😡

Last Friday, Snowbird was the victim of a very aggressive email hack, that resulted in our email being “Spoofed”. This made it look like we were sending legitimate emails, but if you look closely the phone number has been modified. They also changed our email rules to flag any specific addresses they targeted and filtered any replies to the “conversation history” folder. We have since rectified the situation, increased ALL security measures, and amplified our checks and balances.

Please be aware that this scam is circulating widely, and the deception is very advanced. We use 2FA for all accounts, and they still made it through. I’ve attached a screen shot of how the initial email appears, hidden as a reply to a legitimate email. This technique has been consistent with all other victim records.
