it wasn’t even a hard decision - these are my top five gothic romance reads, in no particular order, other than the fact that i love them all and knew they’d be my top five of the genre as soon as i finished them. i don’t read this genre often, because sometimes i find myself affected mentally by their tone (gotta love bipolar depression hahahahaaaaa) but oh my goodness, i am loving these books as we get closer to halloween.

it's one thing if you use ai art for small, personal little things. do you, I can't stop you. I can't even stop you from using AI for marketing purposes. but if you are an author who openly uses ai for things like book covers and marketing material for your books, that is the quickest way to ensure i won't be reading your book. 🤷‍♀️

ai is theft, especially when you charge for it or use it for monetary gain. if you want pretty character art, pay someone to create it for you. you wouldn't want someone rewriting your book in ai and publishing it, would you?
