Our friend, Channel 8 legend Martin Dargevics, passed away on Friday, May 3. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his wife, Carolyn, and all of his family. As we always used to call out in greeting to our friend, "HEY, MARTUNE"!!!

Our Miss Jane has passed away.
Longtime Channel 8 personality Jane Fordham passed away, April 15th. Jane will be remembered for hosting the broadcast of Racine 4th of July parades with Norb Trottier for many years and her many commercial appearances. She is survived by her daughters Traci and Beth.

Jane’s funeral Mass will be at 10 am Friday, April 26, at St Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Mocksville, NC, immediately followed by a reception hosted by her family in the church’s social hall.
