Meet n Greet was a success 😀. We had a wonderful dinner. Buttered Salmon, Steak, Smash baked Potato, Spring Salad with Feta and sunflower seeds, tomatoes. Asperagus with red pepper 🌶️. Buttered Buns...Cheesecake with orange liquor and berries. Even though there was open bar I did not drink one drop of alcohol and I still had fun on the dance floor.

It would have been my mother's birthday yesterday and she would have been 97 years old. It's Taco Tuesday and the kids love spaghetti so we had spaghetti with taco meat and it turned out just right. Stefan took some leftovers to school today for lunch. The weird thing too is we had a thunder and lightning storm with some rain and my mother didn't like those storms when she was with us and I remember one time she hid underneath the coffee table when the thunder and was so loud it rumbled our house.
