When purchasing a home:

⭐️ Keep in mind. You never want to be house poor. Meaning that just because you can afford the house payment. Doesn’t mean that it necessarily fits your short term and long term goals.

⭐️Keep in mind that you still have a life to live outside of your home. You still want to be able to enjoy other activities and you have other things to take care of besides a mortgage payment.

⭐️ Get a mortgage payment that you can comfortably pay and be able to breathe at the same time just in case something happens.
