🔵 EMERGENCY BLUE ALERT 🔵

The State of Alabama has issued an Emergency BLUE Alert. The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency asks for your assistance in locating Daniel Victor McCarn. McCarn may be traveling on foot and is believed to be a serious risk to the public. McCarn was last seen on July 26, 2025, at approximately 3:45 am wearing a gray shirt, black shorts and no shoes at the intersection of US Highway 72 and County Park Road in Scottsboro, Alabama. McCarn also walks with a limp. If you have any information regarding McCarn, please contact the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency at (256) 540-0072 or call 911.

Alright, y’all. Here goes.

Words ain’t coming easy—but I want to try, because I know how much he means to so many of you, and I believe you deserve an update.

Today was quite the chapter. Tears, shaking, prayers—some shared with family, others alone. A couple of times, I walked outside, because everything unfolding made me believe he was gone.

I’m not sure it’s appropriate for me to dive into specifics just yet—especially since we’re still sorting through them ourselves. But from what I understand, there was a slight complication, likely related to the blood thinners. Thankfully, it was handled quickly and now, I finally feel comfortable enough to say:

I do believe… Dad is okay.

It wasn’t long before he was surrounded by four of his kids (Kara, Athena, Ronnie, and me) and four grandkids. He cracked a joke or two, and we knew he was still with us.

I’m with him now, keeping watch through the night. And yes—I already made a run to the nearest health store for some of his favorite food, kombucha, and alkaline water… because Ronnie McDowell just ain’t Ronnie McDowell without his healthy snacks.

The doctor will be in tomorrow morning, and we’re hoping to have more information by then.

There have already been 35 movies in the Marvel Comics Universe. There have been 4 movies in the "Avengers" series. But the cash cow ain't been milked dry yet.

Two more "Avengers" movies are coming, and the 2nd will feature several new faces portraying some of the legendary characters.
