The Loaded Tater Tot Soup was perfect on a cold night, and the Mediterranean Power Bowl felt fresh and satisfying. If you’re in the mood for something more indulgent, the Southern Pimento Burger and Tipsy Elvis spiked shake are solid picks.

A slow, cozy coffee moment at ☕️ I stopped by the 301 Hillsborough St location with my MIL and instantly loved how calm the space felt. The interior is beautiful, and the coffee was excellent. We also tried the chocolate banana bread (didn’t even get a chance to film it 😅) SO good.

This is one of those spots that’s perfect for meeting friends, getting some work done, or just sitting with a good book. Locals and visitors alike, this one’s a must. The smoked sea salt caramel latte is a standout every time! What’s your go-to coffee order?

Friends, cold weather calls for Thai hot! 🔥 We finally tried Cham Thai in Carrboro and it was great! The Tom Yum soup (Thai hot!) warmed us right up, while the larb and papaya salad brought the perfect balance of spice, tang, and freshness. Authentic flavors, fresh ingredients, and a welcoming vibe all around. What’s your go-to Thai order, soup, salad, or curry?

Friends, , a family-owned Korean restaurant, brings generations of tradition straight to your table. From carefully crafted recipes to genuine hospitality, Ajumma is all about comfort, culture, and flavor. Best part of all, theres plenty of parking available both in front and behind the restaurant.

We tried:
•Japchae: savory-sweet glass noodles with veggies
•Crabmeat Rangoon: the perfect starter
•Katsu: a Korean twist on a Japanese classic, fried crispy and served with house-made katsu sauce and Ajumma’s white pickled radish
•Classic Kimbap: simple and fresh
•Cheese Corn & Sides: SO good!

Friends, I celebrated my birthday dinner yesterday at 🎂✨ and while I absolutely loved the warm, lively vibe, the food didn’t totally wow me this time (could’ve been an off night). That said, I still had a great time overall, sometimes the atmosphere really makes the experience. Have you been to Madre yet? What should I order next time?
