Friends, Sunflower season is officially here in Raleigh!

The iconic sunflower fields at are back in bloom and it’s the perfect spot for a summer photo op! Whether you’re planning a solo stroll, a picnic, or a golden hour shoot with friends, you’re guaranteed a gorgeous view.

🌅 Best time to go? Early morning or golden hour for dreamy lighting!
🚗 Parking:
• Weekdays (6 am–5 pm): Use Parking Lot A (gravel lot near Magnolia Room)
• After 5 pm & weekends: You can park in any lot!
📍 Use the Hunt Dr or Blair Dr entrances for the quickest walk to the blooms

Friends, when I met my husband, he was still in the Army, and there was a bagel place we loved right outside the base in Savannah called . Ever since, we’ve been on the hunt for a replacement, and Brandwein’s is the closest we’ve found in the Triangle! This time, I tried the lox bagel, and it was absolutely fabulous. 🥯

All this story just to wish a happy Veterans Day to all who have served and their families❤️ Your dedication and sacrifices mean the world. And if you’re in the area, definitely check out , it might just become your new favorite too!

Happy Sunday friends! Nothing hits the spot quite like a classic🎉 Had an incredible egg, ham, and cheese on an everything bagel from , and it was absolute perfection. The savory flavors, toasted bagel, and that gooey cheese… chef’s kiss! If you haven’t tried this local gem in yet, do yourself a favor and grab a bite!

First visit to .cafe.nc, and I’m impressed! The pumpkin latte hit just right, and the BLT was on point😋 Love that they offer vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options too! Friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere, perfect spot to unwind in Chapel Hill. Have you visited?

Happy Wednesday friends🎉 If you’re in the Wilmington area and are looking for a quick tasty bite, you gotta visit I ❤️ New York Pizza! The restaurant is take-out only (they have 3 tables outside, but it’s always packed!) you walk up to the window and order. They have at least 15 different types of pizza to choose a slice from😍 Additionally, you’ll be happy to know they accept cards now! Have you tried I❤️NY Pizza in ?
