Post stroke observations...be grateful for the little things. Sometimes, the little things are the greatest accomplishments, gifts, baby steps of All. I taped some boxes today without getting the tape all stuck together B4 putting it on the Box 😁😁

Tax Day...how did this sneak up on me? Because I stopped paying attention to my own calendar, my own to-do lists, and basically everything in my own little world. I'm working with a set of clients that have very high needs and need the support of others to make their life flow relatively decent. One is completely bedbound and one is on the spectrum. Sometimes, my life gets the short end of the stick. So, I need to learn better balance for myself and remember if I forget to take better care of me, there won't be enough of me left to take care of all the others.
