Yesterday was an absolute autumn wonderland. 😍😍😍

Sarah and Blake were GLOWING in the sunlight beneath Merrimon-Wynne’s full, colorful trees and their insane floral design !! These two carry so much joy and it was obvious from talking with all of their closest friends and family members that they are a match made in heaven; “two puzzle pieces that go right together”.

Blake’s reaction to seeing Sarah float down the aisle in her whimsical dress was the sweetest, and these two know how to throw a party too. 👏🥂 The night was complete with signature margs and an iconic groomsman performance of “That’s Amore” before the dance floor opened… and stayed absolutely packed until the sparkler exit 😂

Mr. & Mrs. Davis, you make me feel allll the feels!!! 😭 Hannah’s gracious and warm heart of gold, Chris’ dedication to her and their marriage and everything he sets his mind to… it’s hard to imagine a better match.

Hannah & Chris’ coastal, joyful wedding day at Beaufort Hotel was about so much more than the day. The wedding and everything leading up to it brought SO much joy, but I know Hannah and Chris are even more focused on the greater love story it represents and the exciting future ahead of them. Their wedding was the perfect day to celebrate with all of their favorite people.

I am so thankful to have a wonderful associate team to capture their beauty and I’m so humbled to be a part of their engagement & wedding celebration! Going through the footage, I can’t help but smile and shed a few tears over the way he cherishes her, how loved they both are by all their guests, and— oh my goodness— isn’t Hannah the sweetest with her new nieces and nephews 🥹

So many emotions. Honored, ecstatic, grateful, and in utter disbelief that I get to call this my job.

This recognition honors your outstanding work, creativity, and the meaningful impact you’ve made in the wedding space.”

Absolutely humbled and floored and filled with gratitude today. Honestly feeling that way every day I get to film a beautiful wedding day that one of my sweet couples can call the best day of their lives. Thank you, thank you, thank you to my support system and fellow vendors and of course my beautiful couples. You make my dreams come true.

This day was filled with sunshine, joy, full hearts and many tears shed. So many unforgettable moments touched me on this day. Christina recalling the significance of each piece of jewelry she put on. Jackson meeting her on the balcony and seeing her for the first time. The pure feeling of wilderness around us throughout their ceremony. The adoration in the voice of every speech giver. The signs that Christina’s dad was with us every time an eagle flew over the reception. The carefree dancing all night to the band with the mountains in the background.

NOVEMBER 1ST 🤍….

Though I have been filming weddings for roughly 7.5 years, today is special 🥹
•
Today marks ONE YEAR of Caroline Elizabeth Films! 🥂
•
Tuesday, October 31st, 2023 was my last day working full time in physical therapy and the beginning of my leap into full time weddings. Although I will always have a heart for physical therapy (especially with the geriatric population), this leap of faith was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
•
I feel so blessed to serve such sweet & uniquely beautiful couples, get to know them, be a part of one of the most significant days of their lives, and of course, capture + re-tell their stories through film. Even just writing these words fills my heart with joy and awe of what an amazing privilege and honor this is every single time!!
•
To my couples: THANK you!! Thank you for supporting me because, without you, I wouldn’t have a business. 😂 But not only that. Thank you for the immense joy and gratitude you bring me. Thank you for your trust. For being real with me and letting your guards down. For your kindness. Thank you for sharing your love with me. I could never fully give back to you.

This weekend, I get to celebrate two incredible couples as they seal their marriage and start forever together and I cannot wait!! Let’s kick off a beautiful November 🍂🍁
