You won’t meet a more intentional, kind, down to earth, and lighthearted couple than Sarah & Trenton!

Listening to their loved ones speak about them all day and night, and seeing their thoughtfulness through handwritten letters, special touches and emphasis on family and friends gathering together on this perfect, sunny, May day, was the absolute perfect reflection of them.

Our hearts are full after this weekend— could never thank Sarah and Trenton enough for inviting us to celebrate them!! From the day we met, to their engagement session in Fort Fisher, to their joyful, long awaited day at Merrimon-Wynne, it’s been such a privilege and honor to capture their love.

J + M 🤍 How many laughs and tears can simultaneously fit into one day!?!

From the moment I met Jordyn and Matt, I knew their wedding day was going to be an exceptionally fun one. Even with all-day rain in the forecast, as soon as and I showed up at the wedding we knew the day would be overflowing with positivity and pure joy.

What we didn’t know is that Jordyn & Matt would constantly have us in tears between all their easygoing playfulness together. AND that the rain would hold off all day!!

When the fathers of both the bride and groom officiate with the most perfect words, and when every detail reflects the personality of the bride and groom so precisely, and when the bridesmaids are one of the highest-energy group of hype women I’ve seen, and when Mac is already wearing naturally a tuxedo to match the groomsmen 🐾 … that’s when you know it’s going to be the best day. (And, for me, a fun edit 😉)

A toast to the Delgados 🥹🥂

On April 25th (the perfect day) 🤍, Caroline and Christian became one in the place where it all began.

There aren’t words to describe the way these two love each other or the feeling in the room with all their favorite people celebrating them in adoration. But everyone there knew it was something special.

Caroline and Christian, you cherish one another fully and unapologetically in a way that is so sacred and genuine and it’s beautiful to see. AND you know how to throw a party! I felt so honored to be a part of this day and to be alongside you through your engagement.

When two of the most kindhearted, positive-natured rays of sunshine come together as husband and wife… truly nothing can stop them ☀️
Grace and Kenny are genuine lights in this world and it’s easy to tell how perfect they are for one another!

Grace of , along with her stunning Maid of Honor Tori, spends most of her days making everyone else feel beautiful. Yesterday was her turn, and I couldn’t imagine a more gorgeous bride!

Grace & Tori did my wedding hair & makeup in 2022 and were not only the reason my girls and I were looking our best, but also feeling our best because they bring so much joy and ease. This is the story of many other brides throughout North Carolina and beyond, because their talent is matched with their bubbly personalities.

All day yesterday, I heard everyone describing Grace as the ultimate girls’ girl, the thoughtful gift giver, the sweetest, the most “extra” and “over the top” friend in the most generous and down-to-earth way.

So, to find the right person who matches Grace’s heart and energy would be a miracle.

Everyone in her life certainly agrees that Kenny IS that miracle. He loves her with such intentionality and care, makes her laugh, and shares in her faith, strength, charisma, and sense of community.

Sunshine all the day, candlelight through the night, and a rare, unwavering love between Caitlin and Matt, expressed through every touching moment and intentional detail of their wedding.

These two exude elegance and poise at the same time as being one of the most giggly and goofy couples I’ve met, and I’m not sure how that’s possible, but I’m just in love with their love!!

Yesterday was an absolute autumn wonderland. 😍😍😍

Sarah and Blake were GLOWING in the sunlight beneath Merrimon-Wynne’s full, colorful trees and their insane floral design !! These two carry so much joy and it was obvious from talking with all of their closest friends and family members that they are a match made in heaven; “two puzzle pieces that go right together”.
•
Blake’s reaction to seeing Sarah float down the aisle in her whimsical dress was the sweetest, and these two know how to throw a party too. 👏🥂 The night was complete with signature margs and an iconic groomsman performance of “That’s Amore” before the dance floor opened… and stayed absolutely packed until the sparkler exit 😂

WHAT. A. DAY. It feels like we’ve been anticipating this day for so long, and it did not disappoint!! Introducing the new Mr. & Mrs. Hamilton with a few little postcard clips for now, and much more to come soon 🤍

Mr. & Mrs. Davis, you make me feel allll the feels!!! 😭 Hannah’s gracious and warm heart of gold, Chris’ dedication to her and their marriage and everything he sets his mind to… it’s hard to imagine a better match.

Hannah & Chris’ coastal, joyful wedding day at Beaufort Hotel was about so much more than the day. The wedding and everything leading up to it brought SO much joy, but I know Hannah and Chris are even more focused on the greater love story it represents and the exciting future ahead of them. Their wedding was the perfect day to celebrate with all of their favorite people.

I am so thankful to have a wonderful associate team to capture their beauty and I’m so humbled to be a part of their engagement & wedding celebration! Going through the footage, I can’t help but smile and shed a few tears over the way he cherishes her, how loved they both are by all their guests, and— oh my goodness— isn’t Hannah the sweetest with her new nieces and nephews 🥹
