For a long time, I was known as “the publishing expert.”

And that title followed me everywhere.

Even now people still tag me when someone asks how to publish a book.

But something shifted in me.

I realized I didn’t want to just teach business anymore.

I wanted to live the business I talk about.

I’m not gonna lie… today started a little chaotic 😂
No headphones. Low light. It's Monday we hosted an event Saturday and I'm still tired. Now I have to also get the house ready because we are headed to Miami again for a mastermind. It's alot to do so my house is a mess too.

And I wanted to share this because I know some of y’all think you need a “perfect” schedule to run your business.

You don’t.

It was 10:30 AM when I started working today.

Some days I’m in my pajamas all day.
Yesterday I was. No camera. Just work.

And this is the part people don’t talk about enough:

Your business can still move forward… even when your day isn’t “aesthetic.”

Here’s what keeps me on track:

✅ I run my business from Trello.
Not because I’m trying to be fancy… but because I need to see what I’m doing.

I don’t do the same thing every day,
but I do have weekly non-negotiables.

For example, Thursday for me look like:

Upload a YouTube video

Get it transcribed

Make Pinterest pins

Record 2 podcast episodes (so I stay ahead)

And yes… I repurpose like crazy.

That one YouTube video?
It becomes a podcast.
Then show notes.
Then pins.
Then sometimes a blog.

Because no content goes wasted over here.

And let me say this loud:

Everybody doesn’t follow you everywhere.
So repeating yourself is not a problem.

Every platform is an entry point.

Some people meet you on Pinterest first.
Some meet you on YouTube.
Some find your podcast.

So repurposing is not “doing too much.”
It’s building smart.
