It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our colleague and friend, Tiffany Christensen. She was a tireless advocate for the lived patient experience and worked tirelessly to promote equity in healthcare. Her contributions as a coach, mentor, and innovator will be deeply missed.

As we mourn Tiffany's loss, we are reminded of the impact she had on our work and our lives. We had the honor of collaborating with Tiffany on a special project in 2020, and in the linked video below, she shared her powerful perspective on how healthcare can better serve patients and their families.

We invite you to take a moment to watch Tiffany's inspiring message and reflect on the positive change we can continue to create together in her memory.

What an honor it was to curate this SPRX Talk for such an incredibly gifted group of professionals whose aim is to care for our most vulnerable. Thank you Association for Home & Hospice Care of North Carolina.

As we reflect on the virtual conference so far, it is difficult to put into words the meaningfulness of our opening general session yesterday. It’s not often that health care professionals have the opportunity or the time they wish they had to give their undivided attention to the perspectives of the caregiver, the bereaved, and the patient. SPRX Talk from Edge of Aging was a gift. A chance to focus on the reason behind what we do. Whether you are in administration, or are on the clinical staff of your team, know that your every move and every interaction with patients and their families has an impact. That’s the takeaway for .
