CAFE A LA CLOSED is a comedic one-act about a medical student trying to save her uncle's cafe, exploring topics of Perseverance, Trusting God’s Plan, and Friendship.

THANKSGIVING CAROL is a comedic, clever twist on the classic Christmas story, exploring themes of Redemption/Salvation, Thankfulness, and Humility.

WRECNHWOOD B.C. is a comedic retelling of the Biblical story of Joseph, inspired by C.S. Lewis' Screwtape Letters, exploring topics of Trusting God’s Plan, Spiritual Warfare, and Forgiveness.

Did you hear the news? Learning Tree's musical performance of Fractured: The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde opens in 11 days. Please share the news!

Fractured has quickly become one of my favorite musicals! Below is a brief synopsis from the publisher.

"While inspired by the classic novel by Robert Louis Stevenson, Fractured is far from the story you've heard. Set in 1940's Chicago, Fractured is an up-beat musical with a steady balance of comedy and drama. Dr. Jekyll might have found a cure for human wickedness, but things begin to run amuck when Mr. Hyde shows up in town. While his random criminal acts and violence are counted as nothing unusual by the police, Lizzie O'Connell - an aspiring investigative journalist - begins to put the pieces together. As Dr. Jekyll's experiments begin to fail and Mr. Hyde grows more powerful, Lizzie is the only one who might be able to solve the mystery before it's too late.

The theme of Fractured is that only Jesus saves us, and He gives us the power to fight sin. It also addresses issues of mental illness and depression in a family-friendly way that we hope will provide Christians with a vocabulary to talk about these subjects with Biblical wisdom."
