Embracing others starting their own education businesses after investing in has been one of the highlights of my career 🥹

Every time I see a post pop up of a subscriber launching a course or selling a class, my heart swells just a little more.

That may not be the way everyone runs their business, but it’s the way I run mine.

I didn’t always feel this way - at first I was scared.

“What if I’m not good enough”?

That was at the core of that insecurity for me that I had to work through.

But I am good enough.

And others are too!

Others success should never dull our shine 🫶🏻

This is RAMPANT in the salon industry

It’s also the easiest way to get sued by previous employees 😅

The IRS takes it very seriously and even just being reported for tax fraud opens up your business to a top down search.

It’s also just not fair.

You as the business owner have the write offs to make being independent worthwhile.

An employee that you tell when, how, where to work + provide their color & products? They do not.

Be in the ethical (and legal) side and don’t get caught up trying for tax savings and ending up in court 😅
