Build a day you actually like living in, not just surviving. From the second you roll out of bed to the moment you crash at night, you deserve little pockets of joy, calm, and ‘okay, this feels right.’

Start stupid simple: what actually makes you happiest right now? A hobby, a coffee in the car alone, five minutes of silence, laughing with your people? Put one of those into today on purpose. That’s how you quietly build a life that feels good from the inside out.

Today we remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

As an Army wife, Memorial Day will always mean more than just a long weekend. It’s a reminder of the families carrying loss, the heroes who never made it home, and the freedom we have because of their sacrifice.

Take a moment today to remember them. 🇺🇸

Youth sports were never supposed to become a luxury.

Lately, more families are feeling the weight of rising costs just to give their kids the chance to play. And that’s a problem.

Because youth sports are about so much more than a game.

They build confidence.They teach resilience.They create friendships and belonging.They give kids a place to grow into who they’re meant to become.

Being part of youth hockey, I get to see that impact every day. I’ve watched kids step onto the ice unsure of themselves and grow into confident, hardworking teammates because someone gave them the opportunity to play.

Every kid deserves that chance.

The conversation around keeping youth sports accessible matters, not just for hockey, but for every sport and every family.

Kids should never miss out because the cost got too high.

What changes do you think need to happen to keep youth sports accessible for all? ⬇️
