The new Census data just confirmed what a lot of us here already feel every day… Wake County is still exploding in growth. 🤯🏡
Towns like Wendell, Zebulon, and Wake Forest are growing FAST, and Raleigh officially crossed over half a million people.
So while buyers are hoping prices suddenly crash, the reality is demand is still pouring into the Triangle every single day.
More people.
More development.
More competition.
More pressure on housing.
That doesn’t mean every area or price point is the same right now — this market has definitely shifted — but the “everyone is leaving Raleigh” narrative just doesn’t match the data.
