“I knew I was moving to Nashville, and being a professional dancer as a National Football League cheerleader is probably every dancer’s dream,” she says. “It’s something I wanted to pursue.”

"When I was young and was asked what I wanted to be when I grew up, I would always say, “I want to be a dad!”

I’m not exactly sure why I wanted to be a dad. I guess part of it was because I wanted to be like my dad. He was funny, he had the gift of music (man, could he sing and play the piano!), he always had a kind word to say about someone, and he was always there for me."

When I was young and was asked what I wanted to be when I grew up, I would always say, “I want to be a dad!”
