San Antonio Falls Trail is an easy and fun train to hike. It's about 1.8 mile roundtrip. 90 percent of the trail is a paved road and the last part is not well maintained and a little sketchy. You need an Adventure Pass to park up there. I got mine at REI in Rancho Cucamonga. This also connects to other trails which I'll be featuring in the future.

Super easy open fire pork ribs. Keeping this fun and simple because I think I enjoy being outside by the grill more than anything. The music and aromas create such a vibe. I like to create a bed of hot coals. My go-to is Jealous Devil because it burns clean. On top of the coals goes done white oak splits from Kings Meat and Bbq Supply Co in Upland 📍 shout-out to Even Embers and their awesome and affordable Santa Maria grill. This grill has made grilling so fun. I kept the meat prep simple. Mustard as the binder and seasoned with Kinder's Flavors grill grate raised high for flow cooking. The brussel sprouts got a bath of Pompeian olive oils and veggie seasoning by Osmo grilled dlie until internal temp reached 160 and I let rest for 10 minutes before cutting. Be thanks to Apex Precision Sharpening !! My Spaceman Knives cutting right through the ribs !!

New obsession is the AriZona Iced Tea cucumber!!

I want to thank Beats Of All-Nations for having me on one of their episodes recorded at dublab It's more than a podcast or radio show. It's an awesome hybrid of culture and one hell of an experience for me. We talked a lot about our days on Downtown Pomona's Arts Colony. My time as an artist, gallery owner and President of the Pomona Arts Colony Association. That led into more current projects and what's fueling our passions now. In between the chat sessions each DJ spin some amazing music. You can listen to the episode with the link in my bio.

Thank you Beats of All Nations and to Dublab for having me.

Many of you asked for me to film the fill latte making process with no edits. If I have everything ready to go I can make a latte in about ninety seconds or so. If I film the process it will take 20 minutes minimum 😂 All espresso machines are different as are the grinders, tools and rules people use to extract. I'm no expert but I know my set up and I know what I like. What's funny is every time you change to new beans you have to take time to make all the little adjustments to get the extraction dialed in. As the beans age you're constantly changing the process to chase that perfect pull.

My favorite breakfast combo just got an upgrade. Rev’d Up Coffee & Classics now used in-house made syrups. My go-to is the Roadrunner. It's a smoked butterscotch latte with toasted coconut. Bye bye generic processed syrup and hello to a more well rounded flavor. The Pastrami Breakfast Sandwich is my fave to pair with it. The best part is getting a seat by the big front window.

I encourage you to pixel peep. Zoom in and get lost in the details. Let the eye wonder. I picked a random spot to sit while at San Antonio Falls and challenged myself to find a subject to capture. Right in front of me was part of a twisted tree that caught my eye. The shape and its placement made me wonder how it came to be here and how long it will remain before being washed downstream? It's gnarly and cool! Can I take it home? Probably not a good idea. I also captured a video I may or may not post. Decided to take a long exposure so the water would look more flowing and mystical. I love how nature can totally consume your thoughts and wake up your imagination. Then comes the time to think about how to capture what you're observing. Do I capture to document, tell a story or be artsy to inspire others use their imagination?

My favorite wings are the Smoked and Fried Buffalo Lemon Pepper Wings at Crazy Gr**go BBQ | Jon Kiluk 🇺🇲 located inside Kings Brewing Co. Upland California in Downtown Upland 📍 The barbecue here is great, the beers are fun and I love the small town vibe of Upland.
