First and foremost, I can’t say thank you enough for spending the ENTIRE day with us and capturing these moments! I’ll never be able to repay you!

Where do I even begin. It still doesn’t seem real. Our daughter is a college graduate. Something I couldn’t do. Classroom work just wasn’t for me.

She’s everything her mother and I wished we could be. She absolutely thrived in school. Graduated high school with high honors. Was awarded a $125k academic scholarship AND earned her degree with Magna Cum Laude honors. What more could a parent wish for!?

When asked where she wanted to celebrate, without hesitation, and ! In her words “it’s a tradition…that’s where we celebrate!”

The day was absolute perfection! I can’t say thank you enough to everyone who helped! We couldn’t pull this off alone! From my wife running to multiple cities picking up decorations, to and his wife decorating the room that and his wife so generously allowing us to use!

Having my parents still with us to see her walk, and my brother coming back from the brink of death to be there, I can attest that God is great!

It certainly takes a village. with the rush order on the custom face signs, withe her epic cake, .crafts with the amazing money lei, with the gorgeous flowers and my niece with the hand made bouquet!

To everyone who helped us celebrate and played a role in getting us here…we love you and can’t thank you enough! Congratulations, you did it!!

We’re back in Memphis for 2026! And this year, we’re adding the experience!!

I seriously don’t have the words to express my gratitude for every single message, prayer and comment regarding my brother, and his recovery.

To update everyone, he suffered a brain bleed caused by an extreme spike in blood pressure. An emergency drain had to be placed in his brain to relieve the pressure. He nearly died.

It’s been a crazy ride of ICU stays, recovery therapy and simply not knowing what’s next. By God’s good grace, he’s been home for a few weeks and is making phenomenal progress daily. His short term memory is still suffering. But, his therapists are so excited about his recovery!

It’s now hitting him just how close he was to not making it. But, he still has his sense of humor. And is finding laughter in the fight for his memory! Doctors expect a full recovery. However, they simply don’t know how long it will take. Every brain injury is different.

That being said, we had some great laughs today. AND he cooked a tomahawk for moms and pops!

From the bottom of our hearts…thank you! My mom and dad go through every post and read every single comment! Nothing goes unnoticed.

Life can legitimately change from one minute to the next. Enjoy every moment. Even the challenges! They make the good times even better! Love you all!

On April 26th, 2020 I came up with a concept. Well, just an idea really. I had ZERO clue what I’d do with it. I just knew I was ready for a change from my Dj page, and wanted a way to share my passion for cooking. 6 years later…here we are.

There’s too many people to thank, mention or even tag. The list of people who’ve helped me on this journey is vast. Some of the biggest, most well known names in the game are my actual friends. And that never gets old.

From a full time machinist/welder and part time professional Dj, to traveling the country cooking for the masses, and eventually co-founding/owning a butcher shop. You can’t make this up. What a ride!

The one thing I can absolutely assure you, is that if you’ve supported me in any capacity along this journey…I’ve made it my mission to make sure I thank you. And that includes all of you. My followers. Thank you for the life I’m able to live because of your support. It’s NEVER forgotten.

UPDATE on my brother’s progress! Thank you all SO much for the love, prayers and support! He’s doing so much better!

Social media is wild. I legit dropped hundreds of followers immediately after my original post about my brother’s condition. I only asked for prayers and good vibes. No money. No “link in bio.”

I guess some people are more afraid of the Lord than a GoFundMe. At some point in our lives we will all need Him!

Enough about that. At the end of the day, I’m just trying to get my brother well and back home. I love you all!

I don’t share much of my personal life. But, for my brother’s business and any outstanding orders…it’s important I update everyone. We can’t thank you enough for your patience as he recovers. He’s making amazing progress!

I’m not asking for anything besides prayers and good vibes as we get back on his feet…literally.
