Everything I ate today to nourish and heal my body post miscarriage 🤎 Focussing mainly on protein, healthy fats, fiber, and micronutrients (lots of iron) to give my body everything it needs to recover and with fertility in mind 🤭 -Chia Pudding, protein bites, an orange and then my morning Latte -Moose breakfast bowl with 2 friend eggs, avocado, cheese and salsa -Vitamins: Prenatal, methylated folate, BComplex, Vitamin D, Omegas -Nourish bowl with sweet potatoes, cabbage, cucumber, carrots, chicken breast, dates, feta and a tahini dressing -Bone broth and a couple healthy pumpkin cookies -Steak and strawberry balsamic salad with avocado, feta and cabbage -magnesium, castor oil and (not pictured) ashwaganda before bed
