Reading this book called SWITCH and it’s all about Change, and how to effectively make changes happen in organizations, in communities, etc

Change is difficult at times, too much change at once causes exhaustion in people.

Implementing change should be a well thought out plan and really requires getting people on board through various methods, it’s amazing to read about how some companies have implemented big changes that have gone so smoothly while others cause major disruptions and decreased morale.

Curious… How do you respond to change? Have you seen it done really well? Have you seen it gone really poorly?

Last day of school at UCA! We are into 3rd and 5th grade. It’s been wonderful seeing these kids grow@in their faith and biblical knowledge this year, starting every day with prayer 🙏 and worshipping weekly at school on the worship team has been a blessing.

These kids are definitely ready for summertime after a lot of hard work this year!

Had a wonderful time with my parents, my brother and our kids yesterday.

So grateful that my parents are still alive and well, and going to spend all the time together we can because tomorrow is never promised.
