Our offices will close early today, December 31, at 3:00 PM PST to kick off the New Year’s holiday.

We will be closed on Thursday, January 1, and Friday, January 2, as well as throughout the weekend. Normal business hours will resume on Monday, January 5.

Live captioning services will continue as scheduled, and our 24/7 support team will remain available during the closure.

Aberdeen will begin celebrating the Christmas holiday at 3:00 PM PST today, December 24. We’ll be closed for the remainder of the week and will resume normal hours on Monday, December 29.
All live captioning events will continue as scheduled during this time.

As we celebrate the Christmas season, we want to thank you for continuing to trust Aberdeen as your partner in accessibility, broadcast, and language solutions. We’re grateful to work alongside churches, universities, broadcasters, and organizations around the world who share a commitment to inclusion and connection.

This year, more teams relied on ASR-powered captioning, real-time translation, and voice dubbing to make communication more accessible—whether live, in the classroom, on broadcast, or streaming online. As we look ahead, our focus remains on improving reliability, automation, and the tools our partners depend on every day.
