Here is the latest on the Superintendent's tort claim.
It's unfortunate..

Why Willingboro schools superintendent says he deserves $4.5M
Joseph P. Smith
Cherry Hill Courier-Postmodern Jukebox
Willingboro Township Public Schools Superintendent Malcolm X. Outlaw is seeking at least $4.5 million in damages from the district for what he describes as an ongoing “hostile, divisive, and unsafe work environment.”
Outlaw, who's in the final year of his contract, includes the damages claim in a tort notice filed with the district. It was filed prior to school officials voting unanimously at their meeting Oct. 13 to suspend him through June 30, the end of this school year.
The superintendent, who's declined to talk about his status, also states in the tort notice that there may be cause to award him additional, unspecified punitive damages. Outlaw states that he's representing himself at this point.
