Officers Smith and Jackson introduced themselves to the members of the Neighborhood Watch and shared valuable public safety tips. They emphasized the importance of always locking vehicle doors and encouraged residents to be careful, especially around PSE&G road work projects and other activities in the neighborhood. Much of the discussion also centered on community concerns and feedback regarding how recent situations were handled.

Willingboro Township Public Schools invites families and students to attend Work-Based Learning Parent Night for the 2026–2027 program year on Tuesday, June 23, 2026.  

This informational session will provide an overview of the Work-Based Learning Program and the opportunities available to help students gain practical experience, explore career interests, and prepare for future success.  

Families will learn about:  
• Eligibility requirements
• Program timelines
• Community partner organizations
• Hands-on learning opportunities
• Student job openings in the community  

Students will also have the opportunity to apply for available jobs.

Willingboro Township Public Schools has announced that Andre D. Spencer will be the new superintendent. Here's a little background:

Willingboro Township Public Schools officials announced June 16 that Andre D. Spencer will be the new superintendent.

His term is to start Aug. 17, pending executive county superintendent approval.

“I am eager to listen, learn, and partner with you," Spencer said. "As we build on Willingboro’s strong foundations to ensure every scholar has the support and resources, they need to Reach Individual Scholar Excellence (R.I.S.E.)."

Spencer has worked in public education for 29 years, including 15 years as superintendent across other states.
