Willingboro High School & WMUA signing day February 6, 2025.

The WMUA, Willingboro School District, and the Department of Labor have partnered to offer a pre-apprenticeship program for Willingboro High School students. This program will be the first of its kind in the nation. The primary objective of this Pre-Apprenticeship program is to equip participants for success in a Registered Apprenticeship program. Students will take courses directly related to the apprenticeship field, in addition to their required high school coursework, which will count toward high school graduation. Students will also engage in on-the-job learning activities starting at age 16, which can contribute towards their eligibility for an apprenticeship program.

During the Township's annual reorganization meeting, Samantha Whitfield was appointed as Mayor and Dr. Tiffani Worthy was selected as Deputy Mayor. May God grant them wisdom and guidance in their roles.
