19 years ago today inside the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens (was supposed to be outside but weather got in the way) I had the best day of my life (at least until the kids came along). I married the love of my life Rosalind Shapiro. We had been together for a few years ever since I ditched a book club meeting to go on a date with an adorable girl i met virtually on a now defunct datiing site. As soon as i saw this beautiful bespectacled girl come out of the FIT dorm and she said something (I don't remember what) in her awesome accent I was hooked. We dated long distance and moved in together for a while before finally tying the knot on June 25, 2006 at Brooklyn Botanic Gardems. If you had told me 19 years ago I would now be an almost 12 year Garden State resident with 3 kids I would have given you a strange look. Not every day since then has been perfect but I wouldn't trade any of them for the days before I met my Rossy. From our first shared apartment in Cooper Villlage to Forest Hills to Walnut Creek in Northern California back to Summit and finally to Randolph Rossy has always been by my side. I'm glad on this day to have her a wife and mother to our 3 beautiful kids and I hope 19 years from today I am writing a similar email.
