Act wisely!
Pro 9:10 âThe fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding.â
Wisdom is said to be the âapplication of knowledgeâ, meaning wisdom is active or is an action.
There is a lot of information out there for us to gather, it will take us reading and meditating to understand them. However, knowing this information and having an understanding of it, does not produce any benefits, unless the knowledge gain is put into practice.
In Joshua 1:8, the scripture tells to study and meditate, but went further to state that is by putting them to practice (observe and do) that will ensure our ways to be fruitful and have good success
Friends, what are you doing with your time? Are you gathering knowledge/information? What are you doing with the information at your disposal? Are procrastinating or just donât care?
The scripture says in Rom 2:13 and James 1:22-25, that is not the hearer (the one with information) that is blessed, but the doer (the one who put it to work) that will be blessed. If you read the Bible and donât put what is written down to practice in your daily life, and you expect the blessing in the Bible to be on your life, you are a joker, it wonât happen.
This same principle applies in life, with all the information at our disposal through the web, how many have you humbly try to apply to your life.
Friends itâs time to act wisely, by applying what we have heard, learned and studied to our life daily and reap the stability and benefits that comes with it , or we can remain foolish and reap the disaster that comes with it (Matt 7:24-27).
Happy Sunday Friends, go ACT WISELY!
