Woke up to 229lbs this morning. My weight hadnt budged In a week, and dropped 2-3 lbs overnight.

Carnivore not only burns fat but recomps your whole body. Even though I wasn't losing weight on the scale, I dropped a clothes size and my overall body shape is better.
