I will be at The club at American Legion Post #149 Athol, Idaho for a pool tournament tonight at 5:30 p.m.

On Sunday, July 5th, I'm going to head to Roxy's Lounge in Sandpoint for the Sunday tournament. Doors open at 11, starts at noon. $10 entry double elimination, races to 2 and 1, and back to 2 for money rounds. Hopefully Austin Pond, Logan Tucker, and Kyle Baker will be out there.

I'm not doing a live stream at either place this weekend, just heading out to play pool and have fun. Hopefully I'll see you there.

UPDATE on Battle at the Legion tournament at The club at American Legion Post #149 Athol, Idaho tomorrow:

It will be a busy long day tomorrow. We are either full, or 1 from full, waiting to hear back. Make sure we keep it moving and try to keep those shots to under 30 seconds.

We have 7 women signed up. I believe that is a record for one of my tournaments, which means we need to celebrate that. Roughly half of the entry fees for the women ($100) will go to the top female player. Which of these women will win:

If someone wants that last spot, let me know as the other person has not gotten back to me. If it is another woman, the top female player prize will go up to $120.

I am beyond shocked and grateful! When I first created this channel, I envisioned hitting numbers like this more than a year later. With everyone's support, we reached over 2,000 subscribers and over 100,000 views in less than 90 days! I cannot thank everyone enough.

The next goal is to reach more depth. Please watch some of the longer videos. If you play in any of my events, watch your match back. That is one of the things that has improved my game the most. Being able to watch yourself, see what you did wrong, did right, or could have done different. The goal is to reach 4,000 public watch hours by October. Let's see if we can hit this goal early as well.

Don't forget to tune in to the live stream this Saturday, June 27, 2026, at approximately 9:30 am PDT for the Cash Grab and Battle at the Legion tournament.

In the near future, I plan to add chapters to the past live stream videos so viewers can easily find matches. I also plan to continue with the various shorts and the My Man Bun Says You're Done Son series. I also have a surprise for episode 3 or 4. What does Old School mean, you ask? It means no jump cues and no magic racks. Players can use their break cue and shooting cue. No breaking a cue down for a jump cue. Work on your kick shots before this tournament.

On July 25th, at Paddy's Sports Bar, Coeur d' Alene, up to 32 players will play double elimination, top six will be paid with full field. Entry fee is $50 and the tournament will be live streamed. Doors will open at 11:00 a.m. and play will begin at 12:00 p.m. There will be a Cash Grab before the tournament. I will also be holding a bounty event during the tournament. Races are 4/3, 8 Ball BCA.

Following our 250th anniversary and the Battle at the Legion Tournament, on July 18th, 2026, we have to determine who is the best in the area for the 500 and under category in The Legion 500 Tournament at The club at American Legion Post #149 Athol, Idaho. Up to 32 players will play double elimination, top six will be paid with full field. Entry fee is $30 and the tournament will be live streamed. Doors will open at 9:00 a.m. and play will begin at 10:00 a.m.

There will be a Cash Grab before the tournament. Jason Burns will also be holding a bounty event during the tournament. Races are 4/3, 8 Ball BCA. If the tournament takes too long, we may have the top 6 return on Sunday at 11:00 a.m. to finish the tournament.

There will be several announcements coming up with Jason Burns and Burns Billiards. The first of which is the women's tournament previously scheduled for July 25th at The club at American Legion Post #149 Athol, Idaho. There was a date mix up between the dates I am at Legion or at Paddy's, so I will not be at Legion on July 25th. The date I will be there, July 18th, is not a good date for a women's tournament as there is another women's event somewhere around the Tri Cities.

That being said, we are delaying the Ladies of the PNW tournament. Stay tuned for the updates to the tournaments on July 18th at Legion and July 25th at Paddy's.
