You may have heard me on the show many times over the last few y

ears, and every week, for the last couple. I've been running my SurvivalRing,org website for nearly 20 years, and have the largest compiled site of authentic government created survival, civil defense, and preparedness information, all for free download. I've been doing radio since 2004, have degrees in broadcasting and web development, and in 20 years, I've met a ton of folks in all areas of this industry. I'll bring a bit more edgy material, offer a lot of historical perspective, and try to get some of my long time friends to come out of the woodwork and share some stories and tips in the world of preparedness and emergency management, which are pretty much the exact same thing. SurvivalRing Radio will be broadcast live, every Friday, from 4 to 7 pm mountain time, on FreedomizerRadio.com. Drop in and listen, call in and chat, hang out in the chat room, and if you're willing, be part of the show. I'll be sharing the site and FB page links all over the place in the coming weeks, and I'll be looking for folks to really ask some hard hitting questions, bring some new solutions, and hopefully join us live on the show to make our world a better place. Bottom line? Prepping is about creating alternatives...to handle anything that interrupts our normal, calm, and cool lives. Problem solving, finding solutions, and being able to adapt to changes, are what get us all through tough times. Hi, Mars! 👋

In Hubble's 12th year, the telescope got a great look of the Red Planet when it was 43 million miles from Earth – the closest it'd been since 1988.

This view shows frosty, white water-ice clouds and a large amount of swirling orange dust storms. A large storm rages high above the northern polar cap (top of the image), with a smaller one nearby. Another large dust storm can be seen in the giant Hellas impact basin, in the lower right of the image.
