I don’t know about you, but if I’m making chicken, I don’t want it to taste like chicken 😂

This is the marinade I throw together anytime I’m making chicken thighs, and it has become one of those recipes I can make without even thinking about it.

If you’re someone who gets a little nervous about cooking chicken, this is the kind of recipe I want you to have in your back pocket!! The marinade does the heavy lifting, and then the air fryer (or oven) takes care of the rest.
Plus, everything goes straight into a gallon Ziploc bag, so I can mix it, marinate it, and skip dirtying another bowl. Because as a busy mom, I’m always looking for one less thing to clean up.

Here’s how I made it:
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
3 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup soy sauce
3–4 cloves fresh garlic, chopped
3 tbsp white vinegar
Juice of 2 limes
1 tsp sesame oil
3 tbsp honey
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp black pepper

1. Add everything to a gallon Ziploc bag with the chicken, seal it up, and mix everything around until the chicken is well coated.
2. Let it marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes so the chicken has time to soak up all those flavors.
3. When you’re ready to cook, dump the chicken straight into the air fryer.
4. Air fry at 375°F for 18 minutes, flipping and basting halfway through. Increase temp to 400°F for another 2-3 minutes, until caramelized and the chicken reaches 165°F internally.

Save this one for the next time chicken is on the menu! 🍗

All the beefy, cheesy pasta goodness without having to spend forever making meatballs.

Here’s what you need:
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 box pasta (or if you’re a psycho like me, 2 half boxes of different shapes)
• 1/2 cup marinara sauce, just enough to coat the beef
• 1.5 cups stock
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella
• 1/2 cup reserved pasta water
• 1 tsp each of seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic, italian seasoning, & red pepper flakes)
• Freshly grated Parmesan, for topping

Are you team meatballs or ground beef??? 🤔

Save this for the next time you’re craving beefy pasta without all the extra work!!

Anyone else a psychopath and never finish a whole box of pasta so then you're left with a little bit of a bunch of different shapes so then you have to mix them or is it just me? 😅🤔

Not all pizzas start with dough. Some start with a pretty genius idea🍕

One of my favorite parts of this series is that your comments keep inspiring the next recipe.

After the pizza on pineapple reel, so many of you suggested adding BBQ sauce and chicken... which was all the encouragement I needed 😏💅

So today’s Hold the Dough creation uses a crispy chicken cutlet as the “crust” for a BBQ chicken pizza loaded with BBQ sauce, mozzarella, cheddar, bacon, red onion, ranch, and pickled jalapeños. Same pizza flavors, different foundation.

Here’s how I made it:
• Butterfly a chicken breast and pound it thin.
• Bread it with seasoned flour, 1 beaten egg, and crushed cornflakes for an extra crispy coating.
• Air fry at 385°F until golden and cooked through, about 15-17 mins
• Top with BBQ sauce, shredded mozzarella, shredded cheddar, bacon bits, and sliced red onion.
• Bake at 425°F for about 8 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
• Finish with a drizzle of ranch and pickled jalapeños.
I don’t know why my brain works like this...but every once in a while, it really pays off 😂
