Raymond HS senior Emma Glazier signed a National Letter of Intent to attend the University of Nevada-Las Vegas (UNLV) to play softball. The event took place at Seagull gym on November 21. Glazier was named co-MVP for fastpitch last spring for the Pacific 2B League. She was first team all-league as a freshman and sophomore and second team as an eighth grader. Glazier, an honor roll student, also earned all-league academic status in basketball during the 2023-24 season. The Herald apologizes for misidentifying Glazier in last week's Herald.

The Tricks They Play: That $100 prize in your mailbox is a trap
By Karen S. Carter, [email protected]

I want to warn you about something that may have landed in your mailbox recently.
