NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Raymond Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on a proposed zoning text amendment sponsored by the Port of Willapa Harbor regarding regulations for Recreational Vehicle (RV) parks within the M1 (Light Industrial) and M2 (Heavy Industrial) zoning districts.

The City has issued a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) under SEPA (Chapter 43.21C RCW; WAC 197-11) for this non-project action.

Public Notice of Proposed Bank Merger

Notice is hereby given that Oregon Coast Bank, Newport, Oregon, and Connect Community Bank, Raymond, Washington, have filed a merger application with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). Under the terms of the proposed transaction, Connect Community Bank will be merged into Oregon Coast Bank, with Oregon Coast Bank as the resulting institution. The main office of Oregon Coast Bank will remain at 909 SE Bay Blvd, Newport, OR, 97365. Oregon Coast Bank intends to continue operating all offices of both banks.

Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the regional director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at the appropriate FDIC office (25 Jessie Street at Ecker Square Ste 1800, San Francisco CA 94105) not later than June 19th, 2026.
