While it’s cold and rainy out, I’m dreaming up a Mardi Gras pepper jelly special and I want y’all’s input.

I’m thinking a classic jalapeño pepper jelly so we can have purple, green, and gold jars—a full Mardi Gras lineup.

Now that the wedding is over and we’ve started a new year, I’m hoping to jump back into my craft room and get busy!! If you had anything that you wanted and I couldn’t get to please remind me here 😉 I have absolutely had scatter brain the last 6 months or so!

Doing late night canning with some haricots vert! I ran out of green beans so I’ll finish out the dozen jars I prepped tomorrow. These will be a nice zesty treat, whether they’re served soaked in a Bloody Mary or by themselves straight from the jar.
