We wanted to ask our fellow paranormal investigation groups for their advice on cameras. At the moment, we don’t have the funds to buy a DVR. Does anyone use security cameras from Amazon? Most of the ones we are looking at require WiFi. How do you address this issue? We appreciate any recommendations and advice! Thanks 👻

We were lucky enough to receive a night tour of Historic Yellow Springs! This property is highly active with paranormal phenomena. Upon arrival, we heard shuffling in another room. It was only the three of us there at the time, all of whom were in the same room. When we headed upstairs, something was making it very difficult for our founder Kristen to reach the top. She described it as though boulders were weighing her legs down. She had never experienced this before. We didn’t feel the spirits in the first building wanted to communicate with us. They were definitely watching us though. When leaving the first building, we had something answering us with the porch light. Our guide Cara confirmed that she had never seen that light do that.

When entering the second building, it was a completely different vibe. The spirits made it clear that they didn’t want us in there. When asking the spirits to turn on our music box, we captured a peculiar purple anomaly. We hope to investigate this location further in the future. Huge thank you to Historic Yellow Springs and our wonderful guide Cara!

What initially got you interested in the Paranormal?

Early paranormal experiences at my grandparents and parents house piqued my interest in the paranormal and over time, it turned into a passion.

How long have you been investigating?

I have been investigating since 2019.

What is one of your dream investigations?

Salem MA is one of my top bucket list locations. My 8th great grandmother, Martha Carrier, was one of the victims of the witch trials.

What do you like to do when you are not investigating?

When not investigating, I like to spend time with my family and furbabies, doing genealogy research, enjoying music, reading, drawing, playing video games, hiking, cooking, baking, and attending the Renaissance Faire.
