Alicia enjoys being a board member of My Gut Instinct which promotes health and wellness through preventative health care.
Meet Alicia! She is the newest MGI Board Member who will be taking over our Instagram stories this week!
Get to know her: Alicia is a Media Sales Executive with Hoffmann Publishing and manages the media sales for several local magazines. She is a Berks County native and explores the many parks and recreation areas it offers. She enjoys buying fresh produce at local farmers markets and creating healthy dishes. She is a passionate volunteer who enjoys making new connections to partner within building the community. Alicia is conscious about the environment especially with reducing by reusing. In her spare time, Alicia enjoys traveling to eclectic shops, restaurants and community events.
Alicia’s wellness habits that helped her get through the pandemic: Keeping a daily routine, exercising 30 minutes per day, washing her hands better, cooking and baking at home which has led to an overall healthier diet, and finally, keeping her mind active with reading daily and doing puzzles.
