Informal Recital 2014
By Melissa Clark ('15)

On a Thursday afternoon this fall student performers met in the William E. Endslow Performing Arts Center for the annual informal recital. Many performers sang songs from many different shows and even pop songs:

I’ll Know (from Guys & Dolls)-Jennifer Kiley ’16, Voice

Love Song (Sarah Bareilles)-Lily Mittnight ’16, Voice and Piano

The Sound Of Muzak (Steven Wilson)- William Snow Downing ’15, Guitar/ Derek Swindell ’15, Guitar

Your Song (Elton John)- Rachael Silva ’15, Voice

Being Alive (from Company)- Kyle Mungenast ’17, Voice

Riptide (James Keogh)- Andrea Nastri ’15, Voice and Guitar

Wish You Were Here (Pink Floyd)- Kyle Mungenast ’17, Voice/ Stephen West ’15, Voice and Mandolin

Concerto in F Major, Opus 75, Adagio (Leonard Sharrow)- Julianne Mulvey ’17, Bassoon

I listened to all of these students and took some great pictures while sitting in the audience so I have to say it was fun and exciting for a plain clothes occasion. Anyone would say the same thing.
