I think no matter what we’re doing or where we are we're at our best when we choose courage over comfort and truth over convenience.
My work and life —is NOW rooted in a few simple principles: courage to tell the truth and come to terms with the truth, accountability, compassion, dignity, critical thinking, and the willingness to speak up when something isn't right.
We've become too comfortable hiding behind electronics to avoid difficult conversations. Too often, people stay silent to protect themselves, preserve appearances, or avoid criticism.
Meaningful change will not happen in silence. It happens when YOU have the courage to respectfully challenge bad ideas, admit mistakes, and stand for what's right face to face.
Everything starts with what we repeatedly experience, believe, and reinforce - at home, in our communities, and inside our own minds.
The way we treat our families, neighbors, coworkers, and strangers shapes the future more than any slogan ever will.
Reframing stories to uncover the truth, encouraging reason over reaction, communication over manipulation, collaboration over division, and evidence over assumptions.
I also believe our legal system deserves thoughtful reform and greater accountability so that justice remains something we pursue—not just something we assume.
Resilience matters. Life won't hand you a tissue, it doesn't care about your feelings, and it won't reward a soft spine. Be bold, accept constructive criticism, and keep moving forward without losing your humanity and your sanity. It's constant work in progress.
Spread love. Be civil. Be realistic. Ask questions. Defend the vulnerable. Admit when you're wrong. And when something is unjust, have the courage to say so. Just stop being a je***ff to one another --
If enough ALL people stand together—with integrity instead of outrage, courage instead of fear—we have a chance to build a better future.
It's our best chance.
I encourage you to speak up if you don't agree with me. If you don't believe humility is a must for a brighter tomorrow, I genuinely want to understand.
