For what it's worth, last week I (Jason Collum, Publisher) ripped on two Huntsville TV stations that I felt basically picked up our stories and rewrote them without acknowledging we were the first source of the info being published. That said, I believe in giving credit where it is due and Aria Pons of Channel 48 has been in Russellville each day this week covering the trial. She showed up. One of the other channels had someone there a couple of days. And one station that purports to cover the region NEVER had a reporter there, best I could tell. So, it won't let me tag anyone from this business account, but my hat's off to Aria. She was there, she reported, she is professional, and she gave this trial the attention it deserves. She didn't phone it in.

And the same goes for the TimesDaily. Bernie Delinski and Dan Busey were in Russellville diligently covering the trial. Props to them as well. They showed up and were thorough in their work.

We will post notes from today's summations and then a story from the verdict. It will likely publish late this evening. Also, we'll have a complete wrap up in next week's edition of The Red Bay News.
