Mike Shewbart: 417

In the race for City Council Place 3, the results are:

Jonathan Strickland: 307
Herbert Trulove: 269
Kathryn Cantrell Wilkins: 184

Strickland and Trulove will face each other in a runoff.

With last-minute voters coming in at the buzzer, the vote count today will be 773 voting in person and about 40-50 absentee ballots to be run. We should have election results shortly. We’ll post the results as soon as they are available.
