Cinco De Mayo in Ocala was apparently EVERYONE’S favorite holiday this year! 🌮🍹😂

We tried going to multiple Mexican restaurants and every single one had over an hour wait for a table. Nope… not happening. 🤣 So we ended up at Chili’s Grill & Bar instead!

And honestly… it still hit the spot. 😋
Jason got his fajitas, Julie got a margarita and a quesadilla, and we still celebrated Cinco De Mayo the best way possible… with good food and a good laugh about the chaos. 🌮🍹

Who else gave up on the Mexican restaurant crowds this year? 😂

SINGO at Wine Down Weekend was an absolute blast! 🎶💃

From the first song to the last, the room was full of laughter, dancing, and everyone jumping up to sing along. It didn’t matter if you knew every word or just caught the chorus—Singo had everyone on their feet, bringing the energy and making memories together. There may have been a winner, but let’s be honest… it was all about the fun, the music, and the moments we shared.

Sometimes life on the road doesn’t go as planned…

We slowed things way down and soaked it all in—hand masks, foot masks, under-eye masks… the whole vibe. Add in a relaxing sound bath by the pool, and it turned into one of those moments where everyone just exhales and enjoys being right where they are.

No rushing. No schedules. Just laughter, relaxation, and a whole lot of self-care with an amazing group of ladies.

It truly was such an awesome experience… and honestly, we’re still thinking about it.

There’s something magical about a group of women fully embracing the moment—and that’s exactly what the Parade of Caftans at Wine Down Weekend felt like.

Surrounded by the incredible ladies from Voices From The Road, we traded in everyday clothes for flowing, colorful caftans and stepped into something a little more fun, a little more bold, and a lot more us.

And then… Jane took it to the next level. She didn’t just have us walk—she taught us how to walk the runway. The confidence, the laughs, the spins, the poses… suddenly we weren’t just wearing caftans—we were owning them.

It wasn’t about being perfect or competitive. It was about showing up, cheering each other on, and celebrating every personality, every color, and every strut down that “runway.”

By the end, it felt less like a parade and more like a full-on celebration of friendship, confidence, and just letting loose.

Safe to say… the caftans may have been the outfit, but the energy was the real show 💃
