Hey everyone, we want to sincerely apologize for the long silence and lack of new YouTube videos this year. Josh has been dealing with serious medical issues with his back—a screw from his previous spinal fusion is coming loose, and he’s facing a massive revision surgery at the end of January 2026. It’s been a tough road keeping everything going while prioritizing his health and recovery. We love and appreciate all our friends and supporters, channel members, and subscribers, more than you know—your patience means the world to us. Wishing you all a very Happy Thanksgiving! We’ll be back stronger in 2026.

Tonight's dinner was a full-on spectacle. A humongous porterhouse steak that fed everyone. Cooked up in a trusty cast-iron on our gas stove. Topped off with a drizzle of the world-famous homemade red chimichurri sauce. And a side of macaroni and cheese for kicks. Good stuff!
