Grieving is human nature. However, to grieve for too long is not healthy for you. Every thought, emotion, and feeling affects cells in the body.

✨A gentle reminder from your Massage Therapist✨

There are a lot of things I don’t care about when you come in for a session…

I don’t care what you look like.
I don’t care if you shaved your legs or have body hair.
I don’t care if you have stretch marks, scars, or cellulite — I have them too.
I don’t care about your size, your shape, your gender, or your religion.
And if you ever need to use the restroom during your session — please ask. You’re never an inconvenience for taking care of yourself.

What I do care about is providing quality care.
That you feel safe, seen, and comfortable in your body.
That your nervous system can soften.
That your mind gets a moment to rest.
That you leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and more at peace.

This space is for real people — with real bodies, real lives, and real stories.
