HERE IT IS!! THE RECIPE FOR PAC OUT FRY SAUCE!! Thanks to Q97 listener Shellene, who used to work at Pac Out for agreeing to give us the recipe and thank you to the Record Searchlight | Redding.com for doing the recent poll of which restaurants we missed most in Redding that prompted the discussion of Pac Out Fry sauce!!

Pac Out Fry Sauce Recipe!
(granted, this was made in a 5 gallon bucket)

4 gallons of mayo
1 gallon of ketchup
1 pint of buttermilk
then ground mustard and ground garlic

Shellene says when she makes it at home, she just keeps tasting it until it tastes like Pac Out again!
