Business Day To Day : Inside The Studio Pt. 1

Genesis Unlimited Studios is being built from the ground up. Come with us on this journey as we learn how to build and grow a professional recording studio. We talk about topics like business planning, marketing, time management, and everyone's favorite, studio gear.

At Genesis Unlimited Studios, we are going to try something a little different. This coming Monday, March 28th at 6pm, we are going to do a Recording Studio Open Mic! We are limiting the event to 6 artists. The cost will be $30 per person. Attendance is by reservation only.

Each artist will be able to record a song in our studio and the song will be minimally mixed and exported to an MP3 for you to take home with you. You'll basically be getting a semi professional demo for $30. I say semi professional because it will not be a fully mixed and mastered recording.

The studio will have a piano and a drum set ready to be recorded, so if a band wants to come in we can accommodate that. Drummers cannot bring their own drums, we don't have time to set up drum kits. And for bands, it's still $30 per person, not per band.

Each artist will get 30 minutes of recording time. It will also be a great opportunity to share your music with like-minded musicians!
