Jessica Zeigler started in high-end retail jewelry at 18, co-owned a construction company for over two decades, and found her way to real estate when she needed flexibility to raise three boys — all of whom she watched grow up on her own terms. 11 years later she's the Coastal branch leader for PenFed Realty, overseeing four offices across Ocean Pines, Ocean City, West Ocean City, and Laurel, Delaware. 🏡

Her leadership philosophy is simple: visibility, consistency, and community. She runs weekly training sessions and measures success one phone call at a time. One of her favorite stories involves a 20-year veteran who left a training early — and called her an hour later because the tools she shared had already worked that same day.

Outside the office she gardens, hosts gatherings, and spent years singing with worship artists in the studio. Her youngest son is a competitive skateboarder whose trainer once beat Tony Hawk at the X Games. He slept with his skateboard at three years old and never stopped. Jessica raised all of that and built a career at the same time.

She's not going anywhere. She hasn't found a ceiling on the joy she gets from watching agents grow — and she doesn't expect to.

April Love Raimond got her real estate license in college, became the youngest associate broker in Maryland at just 22 years old in 1993, and built a brokerage of 50 agents in Canton before most people her age knew what a commission split was. Real estate was in her blood — her parents Bob and Gloria Raimond were a renowned real estate team who raised her in the business, with everything at the dinner table being "real estate, real estate, real estate." She never planned to follow them in. Then she did, and never looked back. 🏡

The 2007 crash forced her to close her Canton office. She calls it the only logical move now — the one that pushed her to reinvent herself. She landed at Redfin, spotted agent openings in Ocean City in 2021, jumped at it, got her Delaware associate broker license, and built a thriving coastal business under her Coastal Love brand at eXp Realty.

35 years and at least 1,200 transactions later, she's also doing contract work training AI models for major West Coast tech companies in real estate-related applications. The range is unmatched.

She lives in her Rehoboth condo with six fish tanks, a rescue pup named Lulu, and the same beach community she's had for decades. "It's kind of funny, I'm living like a 25-year-old, but I love it."

This article is dedicated to her father, Bob Raimond, who passed on her 36th birthday. She considers it a date they share. 🤍
