Good morning from Nashville.

A week ago I was working bar shifts. Today we drove in from Delaware as a family. Champions League final this afternoon. Western Conference Game 7 in a city we’ve never been to, tonight.

Here’s the part nobody runs the math on.

We sold the house. We’re not tied to rent or a mortgage anymore. Which means traveling costs about the same as staying local — and we get to actually see the country instead of running the same calendar every week.

This is what “build the life you want and the income around it” looks like in practice. Not a someday plan. Not a retirement plan. A right-now plan.

We’re spending the summer in California. Filming the course in Joshua Tree. Building it as we go.

My boys are going to remember this summer for the rest of his life. So am I.

Here’s what nobody says about burnout.
