⚠️ ATTENTION IN-TOWN CUSTOMERS ⚠️

We’ll be rebooting your modem early Tuesday morning (10/21) at 4:30 AM.

🔹 The reboot should take less than 5 minutes
🔹 If you can’t get online afterward, please power cycle your router (unplug it for 10 seconds and plug it back in)

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we complete this maintenance.

Please be advised that consultants will be working on our outside plant infrastructure throughout town over the next two weeks. While we do not anticipate any service disruptions, there is a small chance of brief outages during this time.

We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to minimize any potential impact.

UPDATE: The techs have resolved the Wireless issues. Thanks for your patience.

We are aware of an issue with some of our country wireless towers and are currently looking into the issue. We hope to have an update soon.

RTU is participating in 'Beck Bash this week. Stop in all week to get your punch card punched and sign up for our drawing for 3 whole home Deco Wi-Fi Mesh systems. You will also be able to sign up for the drawing Saturday night from 5-7:30pm at our office in City Hall.

UPDATE: Langenbau tower has been completely rebuilt and is back online. Thanks to the customers on that tower for being patient while we worked to restore service to that location.

Langenbau Tower Customers-We have been working on the tower all day. The storm took it out last night and needed completely rebuilt. We hope to have it up and running soon.

Last nights storms have caused some issues with wireless internet in the country. We are working to resolve these issues as soon as possible.

ATTENTION- The RTU maintenance update is complete. If you don't have internet, please power cycle your router. (I had to do this at my house. -Tyler) If that doesn't fix your connection please call us at the office at 319-788-7888 and we will be able to help you this morning. We are open 8am-4:30pm Monday to Friday.
