✅ Consultations, a great lender like we have, studies the houses that sell and can offer invaluable insight on how to stage, what to do, not do.
✅ Help market and promote the house sale. Potential buyers need to know their options, loan products, and creative ways to make the monthly comfortable.
✅ Explain the financial side of the transaction. Seller's don't know what closing costs are, how much the escrow fee vs the transfer tax is and etc. Our amazing lender makes sure we know what all the numbers are as a seller.
✅ Coaches newer agents on how to price but also present the house.
✅ Helps the realtor hold the hand of the seller. When the seller has 2 points of emotional and expertise support they feel so much more at ease. This is a huge move!
