Farewell to a Flavor Favorite — Noodle Box Kitchen ❤️

In our November/December issue, we had the pleasure of spotlighting Noodle Box Kitchen — a bold and flavorful concept that brought Asian-fusion comfort food to Reno freshly and creatively.

As they prepare to close their doors on July 26th, we would like to take a moment to express our gratitude for the passion, flavor, and heart they brought to our community.

Owner Perapol Dammernpholkul shared with us, "We wanted to create something that felt like home — comforting, craveable, and full of personality.” And he did just that — with unforgettable noodles, rich hot pots, Dim Sum, and more.

Cleaner beaches, thanks to you!
Volunteers were greeted by blue skies and clean beaches last Saturday morning for our 12th Annual “Keep Tahoe Red, White & Blue” Cleanup at sites ringing the Lake. The results showed continued movement toward cleaner beaches, more people practicing environmental stewardship, and improved beach management.
“This is the direction we love to see — less litter and more people leaving the beach better than they found it,” said Marilee Movius of Keep Tahoe Blue.
653 volunteers found 26% less litter than at last year’s event — that’s awesome progress! Read more at the link in our bio or go to keeptahoeblue.org.
