Working with programmers and card servicing companies. So far, knock on wood, in spite of every little kink, posted audios and videos are playing and all files are secure. There are functions that are not working and thought they would be fixed with new “key” but I am told that the key apparently was not entered correctly. Waiting to hear from programmers and connect them with the processing company. Thank you guys for your patience. Once we have this fixed, we will know a lot more about the issue and hopefully prevent it from happening again, and we will know about who we can count on!

A few people may be using the free trial If so and you want to close it, here is Brian’s suggestion:
There should be a close account option in their account section. Same as closing any account, regardless of free trial status.
