Dear KNCJ Listeners,

I want to sincerely apologize for the interruption to last Saturday’s broadcast of the Metropolitan Opera’s performance of Tristan und Isolde. Due to an unexpected internal technical issue, we were unable to bring you the full performance as planned.

We know how much these broadcasts mean to you, and we’re deeply sorry for the disappointment this caused. Your support and dedication to KNCJ are what make this service possible, and we never take that for granted.

Please know we are taking steps to prevent this from happening again. We are committed to delivering the reliable, high-quality programming you expect and deserve.

As always, please feel free to reach out with feedback or questions. You can always reach me at [email protected]. Thank you for listening and for being part of our community.

Warmly,
