We all want something ✨shiny and sparkly and new and novel...✨
but what we mostly need is a mastery of the basics.

You can't biohack your way out of sh*tty sleep habits or amounts.
Sure, you cycle your seeds, but do you consistently hydrate your body and eat nourishing food?

I think our fascination with the incessant search for new wellness trends is harmful and is geared towards, guess what?
You got it...
✨spending money!!!! feeling inadequate or feeling special! consumerism!! ✨

Free Basic Ways to Support Your Health that you can do now:

Drink water
Eat whole, simple foods
Prioritize sleep, 8 hours a night
No screen time 1.5 hours before bed
Go outside
Walk
Give/receive physical touch
Sit in silence

We all know the basics...but I think forget they are the foundation ❤️

The world has been on fire many times.
And new ones have always been built.
Still people planted gardens. Had children. Fell in love. Made art. Sang. Danced. Wrote poems.
We have always made beauty,
and found that despite the atrocities...
We love life. We want to be here.

My heart has been heavy with the world and when I pray, I keep hearing: keep creating. keep your heart alive! grieve, but do not drown.

I think creativity is needed now more than ever.
And I'm hosting a space for my local northern Nevada women to gather and tend this aspect of ourselves!
