Somewhere in the universe, may be Yellowstone, may be Yosemite, I was wandering like a yellow butterfly.

I have always been a happy person… It does not mean that I won’t get sad, mad, angry or crazy. I do. Even when my heart is aching, I will still think that I’m grateful for the happiness that i had just before the heart ache started. I could feel the depth of the pain and sadness only coz I had got an opportunity to be happy and loved.
This pic reminds me of the days when I could just pack a bag in a minute and travel without any expectations. Hehe. Cheers to those days!

Sometimes the blurriest photos are the ones that stay close to your heart. Though I wanted to capture many memories of the initial days with Yaara after she was born, I couldn’t. The postpartum discomfort was no fun. Both Anu and I looked messy all the time and we didn’t even think about capturing photos most of the times. Those days were a real struggle as we hit our emotional bottom during those days. Time was never enough. We wanted to do more and more for the kids, but we couldn’t do better. We managed somehow with help of our family and friends here. Ayaan stepped up his game as a brother and supported us without meltdowns. He also reminded us that he loves watching his videos with us. He likes videos more than photos though. Loving these blurry ones.

Most of us enjoy watching our loved ones while they sleep. It’s adorable and brings joy to our eyes, heart, and mind. Ayaan sang lullabies for Aagneya and soon they both fell asleep. 🥹 Happy Mamma Dada 😍
